(01) What services do you offer?
We provide individual counselling, couple therapy,check-in session, self-help journal, adolescent counselling, workshops, and school/organization programs. We also offer therapeutic resources like the I Hear You Journal for personal growth.
(02) Who can come for counselling?
Anyone who feels the need for support can come to us. We work with adults, teenagers, couples, and families on a wide range of concerns like stress, anxiety, relationships, trauma,
self-esteem, and more
(03) How do I book an appointment?
You can book a session by contacting us directly through our instagram, phone, or
WhatsApp. Our chatbot can also assist you with available slots and guidance.
(04) Are sessions confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Confidentiality is at the heart of our practice. Everything you share with your therapist stays private, except in situations where safety is at risk (which will be explained to you).
(05) How long is each counselling session?
A standard session usually lasts 50–60 minutes. Couple counselling may be slightly longer depending on the needs.
